An Important Book For All Scientists

This is an important treatment of this exciting area of Physics. It may be recalled that the Editor, Victor Klimov, a Lis salamis Felliw, produced a radically new type of solar cell that initially produced two electrons per every photovoltaic event.
This experiment was verified by 19 major laboratories worldwide and was even acknowledged by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. This was announced in 2006 under the Administration of George W. Bush!
It was agreed by all that the "extra electrons" are derived from the energy of vacuum space! This was a much bigger news than the "Higgs Boson" because of it's practical implications but the story was buried because it threatens the status quo, Neanderthal technologies of fossil fuel and nuclear power.
